Fairphone officially supports /e/OS devices

Also Android devices don't need to be rooted to install an alternative OS

The posts take up so little space on my FOSSung Infinity Note 420. Can't get enough of the 69" UV Pico LED display 😍

This sounds tricky...

The only iOS message bridge i'm aware of is AirMessage, and that requires a Mac computer to act as the app's server

The FP2 battery dying quickly might be explained by Snapdragon's non ideal SOCs around that time period, it was also a problem on the Galaxy S5 that I put up with firsthand.

The SOCs had the performance, but they ran hot and drank the battery as if there was an electricity drought.

I don't think Android 9(?) is going to be particularly kind to that device either...

I'm worried about if/how Wayland is going to affect X11 forwarding TBH... It's a really useful linux feature that i'm susprised gets very little use

Quite a few creators have quit Odysee due to the lack of moderation, most recent i'm aware of is TLE/The Linux Experiment.

Apparently the comment sections there are heinous now, personally the last time I visited was several years ago after Louis Rossmann mentioned he was dual uploading there

Admiral is the worst kind of anti adblock there is.

They buy thousands of domains at a time, with individually corresponding Google Cloud IPs to evade adblock lists. Real pain in the ass to block them, they also DMCA community blocklists containing their domains
