Forget AI, they need to improve the storytelling and actually start marketing their animated films again.
The marvel stuff also needs to relax before people get superhero fatigue

That bit about being prone to natural disasters in future does make sense, considering how climate change is resulting in increased in sea levels and affecting other things too.
Thanks for your perspective!
Unpopular take: I disabled emergency alerts on my device.
If I was in Japan or some other country where natural disasters are expected, there is a clear benefit to a mobile EAS.
But why exactly are governments starting to show an interest in EAS systems, in places where they seem to not be necessary or needed?
How?
If you live in the US, most likely data brokers.
Really seedy industry centered around buying and selling your personal information, compiling public records from government sites to build a profile of your location, previous addresses, jobs, biological sex, given sex, phone numbers etc, and then cross referencing that with online data from ad trackers and targeting to build a more detailed profile of who exactly you are specifically.
This stuff doesn't even scratch the surface too.
US law enforcement has also been openly using data brokers to bypass certain privacy protections/rights granted to people who live in the US, where things like a warrant or subpoena would usually be necessary
Thanks for checking - I'm on an FP3/Android 10 at the moment and eyeing moving to LineageOS because of the whole google fingerprint sensor downgrade issue.
Since you're on Lineage already, any major/minor complaints about the experience in LOS 20?
I'm kinda curious as to whether apps like Nebula will work... currently OK on my rooted device with no magisk hiding necessary, but on LOS i'm not sure if proprietary google bits like widevine will be missing etc.
Anyone on Android 13 (near stock) who can confirm whether this is a vendor-specific thing?
This would become really annoying very quickly IMO
RCS is fine IMO, just that the clients are complete and utter... ☺️ actually, something different would be nice.
Me not easing off the pedals enough when changing gears on an internal hub bike... and then hearing the hub fully engage the new gear later on with crunching noises 🥴🥴
Their responses address commenters directly, with an apple-esque "you are doing it wrong" attitude, instead of focusing on the actual subject matter - the 3.5mm jack itself. It's not really a discussion, it's much more comparable to victim blaming and trolling 🤷♂️. People are looking for a discussion, not an attack thinly veiled as a "solution". No point engaging IMO.
Regarding the actual topic though, I'm fully in agreement with you.
Here's why I don't feel as if bluetooth or dongles are an appropriate replacement: https://lemmy.one/comment/2684726
Since then I've also realised driver & codec support will slowly become a big issue as we move forward with dongles and bluetooth headphones, especially for people who prefer to keep their devices for longer
Is this comm/magazine even accepting new mods? Would be nice if we could get a handle on the spam regardless, it's quite annoying
Jebroa sounds like a really muscular type of mouse lol
Spoiler
A bit like the muscular mouse in demon slayer
