During/after natural disaster, buy cheap land. Probably works during an economic crash too.
Protests & Riots happening? Invest in glass companies
Cloudy & rainy every day? Sell coffee (looking at you PNW)
War happening? Just sell bombs! (see USA) This one is particular good cause you can always start another war. It's just smart business!

I didn't get the Picasso until I saw some of his paintings in person. What's even crazier is that he mastered realism by like 10yrs old and thought it was too easy.

I agree that 'Modern Web' perhaps isn't the best word to describe the image.

It's more like the userbase. If all the terribly invasive ads were visible, most people would leave those sites and it would all crumble.
