That's good to know. I had at&t when I was looking but recently switched to Google Fi which I think primarily uses Tmo towers. But that sounds about right iirc based on when I was looking at them.

I've been keeping tabs on it's xda forum and seems to have taken off much faster than the OnePlus 11's. There is only 4 roms that are solid enough to use daily. While it seemed like there is much more activity on the f5's forum.

Are you in the US? If so what carrier are you using. I was looking at the POCO F5 before getting a great deal on a OP11. I would have still staved money going with the POCO but ultimately chose the OnePlus because no carrier would tell me if the POCO would work or not on their towers. Bands wise it said it would but the carriers said unsupported.

Anyway, I second this phone OP. It has great specs for the price. Having gone op5t > op7pro > OP11. The POCO was really tempting me besides the clarity on whether or not carriers would support it.

My wife has a 6a. A few things that she has noticed but not deal breakers. After installing a glass screen protector the finger print reader is really hit and miss. I went to enable face unlock but Google doesn't allow it on the 6a. Custom ROM would solve that, however I don't know about graphene. Not the best cell reception. Not a huge case selection. At least compared to non (a) versions. Battery life under heavy use is just ok.

I like to switch it up to see what's out there pretty often though I've been using Nova since jellybean and before that it was ADW before development stopped for a while. However I like, Neo launcher (foss) for a trimmed down Nova like experience and Shade launcher also foss for a very simple yet pleasing to look at launcher. I find Kvaesito while a cool approach kind of buggy and not very smooth even on my OnePlus 11. Lunar launcher is also cool but not very customizable compared to Nova anyway. Really I just wish someone would bring Helix launcher to modern Android, probably mainly for nostalgia reasons.

The Asus Zenfone 9 or 10 fits the majority of the spec list with a screen size of 5.92". It barely sits under 6" but it does. However the display size requirements of that website is a little confusing. First it says sub 6" then it says it must be 5.4" ish.

Sunbird is more than iMessage isn't it? I had the beta installed for a little bit and it was messenger, sms, iMessage, and a few others that haven't used.

I like openboard because of the similarities to gboard and this fits the bill well. However I do agree that this fork doesn't seem active. But I have a feeling that perhaps it was just a personal project to add swipe to openboard.

That's bizarre. That's the same version I have. The only thing I can think of is that your system language isn't English and maybe it removes that option. ¯_ (ツ) _/¯ If that is the case it's unfortunate that it doesn't work for different languages.

You could try switching the system language to verify that that is what is happening. I have no idea what kind of effort it takes to add that feature for other languages but you could always ask the Dev.

Long press the comma will bring up the settings button. Then it is on the main page of the settings.

There's a fork of Openboard that has swipe to text.

Ok, but with even a little bit of research and looking around in Nova launcher itself, you would've found that you can opt out of usage analytics and all permissions. Branch even says this themselves on their discord.
