Ubiquity is trash with fickle support based on the whims of what sells wide adoption. TP Link IMO is a decent value for the money if you want easy "prosumer" level networking gear. I have I have 3 TP Link APs as well as a 16 port 10g core switch and its great for my needs.

Mikrotik offers more features per $$ but its not as easy to use.

Because in some states you're not allowed to unless you have qualifying conditions. Also going in person early voting allows you to address any potential issues with registration issues to ensure your vote can count.

Derek Guy breaks it down some in this podcast. But it was a shift in the house of commons in England as it was working Man's clothing and was a way to signal you were with the people and not aristocracy.

Penis bones are a real thing just not in hominids.

So don't feel to bad about that confusion.

100%, it's the lack of the X3D parts. Zen 5 on its own is compelling but not for gamers and DIY, would I buy it in a pre-built desktop or a business machine, Yes I would all day long. But if I'm gaming and there's no X3D part why would I get anything else other than a 7800 X3D. AMD really shot themselves in the foot and what's worse is we warned them it was coming yet they chose not to listen.

How dare you make such a direct and personal attack on me!

Second this, whatever you pick never let someone else "own" your data because then they own your company. If you cant export data freely so it can be imported into another system, then its not yours.

That's kind of my fear and given how kind of hard science fiction Rev space is. I think it would really suffer if it got the generic space treatment that most of Hollywood considers adequate for science fiction.

Knowing Hollywood they would skip over the entire relativistic aspect of the universe. Or like altered carbon miss some of the depth and nuance of the social commentary.

I think diamond dogs would make a really interesting animation short or maybe full-length movie.

But any of the books from the main series would require the kind of love and effort that the Expanse got early on.

The enshitification will continue until all value is extracted.

Despite the massive breach where we found out that notes (where lots of people stored previous passwords) were not stored encrypted by Lastpass, I have stuck with them for years because its hard to switch services.

Recently I realized that both my wife and I were paying for 2 separate password manager services and we need to consolidate down to one.

Staying with LastPass and moving to a family account would only cost $4/m which is still 1/2 what we were paying combined.

Is there another manager that offers Apple, Android, and Browser based applications/plugins? Ideally also with an authentication app, though I can swap to any authentication if I need to so its just a nice to have.

For a while now I have been a Brother evangelist because they just worked, they did not lock you into first party only printing supplies, and they were overall a good value.

THEN: my printer firmware auto updated and suddenly my toner cartridges were no longer recognized. Its not that they ran out and I put in new ones, simply the ones that had previously worked (3rd party already) just stopped and it reported an error.

I managed to find a guide on downgrading the firmware, and now I am back up and running and auto update is turned off. I am also saving all the little chips from the Brother branded cartridges.

So Dear Brother Printers, Please choke on a bag of dicks. I spent $500ish on a laser color printer so I would not have to deal with the shitification that has happened to inkjet. Seeing hostile and profiteering consumer behavior from other printer companies you decided to copy them for short term gains.

Well I will no longer recommend your products, and I will go out of my way to fix and downgrade your older printers with the sole purposes of putting them back into use and costing you new sales.

1 down, 1 in the cue, feel free to stop being anti consumer and breaking hardware we already paid for.
