I'm not looking to insult anybody for their nationality. I'm just wondering if the double standard reserved for russian (insults against the rules) are now going to be applied for all americans too

If it's ok for russians then it's ok for germans, indians, ukrainians and every other nation. If not, it's not ok for everyone including russians.

This thread refers to another in which same users went as far as trying to provide scientific evidence that all russians are bad.

Not my fault if you are racist and i have to provide you an example to make you understand that insulting other nationalities is equal as racism.

So am i allowed to insult all Turks in general because their president is a fascist?
