But no one is investing billions into your dog's shit, are they?

What the hell happened in this thread? This is the most reddit shit I've encountered since coming to lemmy a year ago. Not surprised I'm finding it in a lemmy.world community, either 🙄

Skibidi tree

Is this the real reason why we have longer lines in the bathroom? In addition to having to finagle several layers just to pee?

Thanks, I'll try this!

How do you update manually? It won't let me anymore since an update (the update button is always grayed out now)

Idk.... That might even out. During a 30 hr drive, I'd probably add on at least 8-9 hours for every 8-9 driven, because that's as long as I can stand to drive at a stretch without needing to find a hotel to stop for the night. Driving for that long is goddamned miserable, and at least in a train you can book an overnight car to sleep in so that even when you sleep travel keeps happening.

Idk, maybe I'm totally off base and this is totally personal preference, but if I'm already driving that far, I'd rather just take the train to not have to worry about driving myself.

I've definitely been there as well; it can get spooky. It's funny you mention that, my first (and thankfully only) really bad experience with hallucinating during sleep paralysis happened the first time I moved into an apartment on my own. I had to run out of there and drive around to calm myself down at like 3 in the morning. Wishing you peaceful nights!

Nice, thank you for the heads up!

Yes! Mine definitely preys on my anxiety of having someone break in when my husband is gone for an overnight shift. I have to check the doors and windows before I can get back to sleep.

Do you know if the Pixel Fold handle GrapheneOS okay? I have the surface Duo 2 right now, and was looking for a replacement, but really have grown to love the dual screen. So this could be my answer if the foldability doesn't interfere with a new OS!
