Idk, I have one at work, and it's fine. But nothing special. I don't know why everyone loves them. I have an Ikea chair at home and it honestly feels about the same.

That's why you take several steps to ensure security. 2FA on everything. A different email address specifically for your password manager. A keyword suffix that you add to the end of every password. So even if someone gets into your password manager, they're not getting into any of your accounts. Unfortunately proper security takes a lot of effort these days.

Easy remote support was the main one. Phone app? Ability to easily add family members without too much config. Mainly was ease of remote access.
Yea I tried jellyfin, but I went back to Plex. Too many specific features on Plex that I got used to, that Jellyfin doesn't have.
