Moved on to keeping Totp codes in a keepass database with KeePassium on iOS.

This is just bad information.
It’s also on windows and yes it has more features like totp compared to keepass. It’s much more actively developed and has been audited.
And you can put windows in a virtual machine for edge cases for most use cases. Use Linux for everything else.

Have you tried the Libreoffice ribbon menu?
My Synogy NAS was super easy to set up and has been very solid. Very happy with it. I’m sure there’s other solutions though.
