Log out of social media, go outside, interact with real people. Life is not remotely as bad as all that, it just seems that way because social media has told you to be scared. Humans are extremely adaptable, we will overcome whatever the problems are.

Some guy at bitwarden clicks a button wrong on a license drop-down option and all these people crawl out of the woodwork to declare the end of bitwarden being trustworthy. Nothing in the article or the company's statements indicates an actual move away from open source. Big nothingburger

I had a similar experience, took a friend in for about a year after he lost his job. He just spiraled deeper into depression, I burned a ton of social capital trying to get him out of the house to make friends. He spray painted things on my patio without putting down a drop cloth, broke things inside the house, constantly complained about how crappy or small my house was, while never paying a penny towards it. He was just constantly grumpy and rude, and was completely shocked when I asked him to move out. He kept saying how it was good for him to live with me and just couldn't conceive that it was awful for me.

Cars catch a lot of hate, often for valid reasons, but I've never seen people doing this stuff in my car at least

Badly copy (see Gemini)

Tf are you smoking dude, Google has been working on AI long before ChatGPT was a twinkle in Sam Altman's eye. They didn't release any public models because they wanted to go about it safely and not just dump the world's best misinformation creator on the open market for anyone to use with little safeguards. All that went out the window when ChatGPT got all the press and google decided they wanted a piece of the hype, but pretending they "didn't do any innovation of their own" in regards to AI is ludicrous. They have been at the forefront of AI development for the last decade, and the fact you think otherwise shows your only knowledge about AI is from after ChatGPT headlines started coming out.

I saw a similar ad in theaters this week, it started by asking Gemini to write a breakup letter and I thought my friend next to me was going to cry because she's going through a breakup but then right at the end it goes "...to my old phone, because the Pixel 9 is just so cool!"

Gemini is awesome, I use it all the time for applied algebra and coding but using it to replace human emotions is not awesome. Google can do better

This article is a great example of the post hoc fallacy; it's more likely that people anxious about their heart condition are purchasing wearable monitors at an elevated rate compared to the rest of the population

Ok, show us all the free PT content you've made without getting paid. What's that, you can't pay your rent with PeerTube views, you need a real job you say? Well that's why there's no content, creators need to eat too.

Well if that is the case at your specific airport, you'd know because it would say as much on the sign. You know, like it says in the sentence immediately following the line you quoted.
