I had a roommate who would play games while skipping all the dialog and cutscenes, and then complain about how bad the story was. And when I would call him out on it, he would say, "well, I watched a YouTube video recapping the story." I asked him to show me a recap video that he watched. It was literally a guy talking over all of the cutscenes and dialogue and saying all the things that he didn't like about it.

I have my Steam Deck attached to my TV. It's great for watching pirated sports streams via web browser.

My dad once thought he cancelled and realized he was still paying it for six months later.

This was when he was in highschool, by the way.

My friend was once accused of plagiarism because one of those automated programs came back saying there was a match. It was his name. He has a very common first and last name. He went to plead his case to his teacher, and she wouldn't even hear him out.

I'm so glad I went to school before those things existed.

It's not for me, but what other people do with their time is their business.

Both California and Texas are massive - larger than many countries. There is no one culture for either. I don't think we have enough information to give you an answer.

An hour long scrum? Fucking shoot me. My team is usually about 15 minutes tops. Anything past that and we table it for parking lot.

I'm really confused by what metric Oklahoma gives off a Canadian vibe other than the name sounding like it according to you. It most likely sounds like it to you because it is a Native American word.

If I leave a tab open for more than a couple of days, I bookmark it and then close it.

I can't stop my cat from doing anything. So I just don't buy plants anymore.

Like the think that I have owned the longest? Or the thing that was made the longest ago?

If it's the thing that I've owned the longest, my cartridge of Mega Man X, which I have owned since about 1995 or 1996.

If it's the thing that was made the longest ago, my wife's sewing kit that she inherited from her aunt, which was probably made in the 1970s.
