This new app is offline.

Ente.io is working on a desktop app. Whilst its experimental, you can get it from the releases page on their github

Yeah that's the function, playing around with it would still be fun though? Especially data mining and seeing what else there is apart from the LAM server leak.

The idea is that it can then work both says, like https://ente.io/auth does

If you look at the roadmap they have in the blogpost, they are apparently planning tighter integration with the existing bitwarden suite

To those that are confused about this:

Bitwarden does indeed handle TOTP directly in the password manager, but only on paid accounts and only logged in.

This is a completely offline app, separate from your existing Bitwarden account, that is entirely free.

It might serve as an alternative to e.g Aegis to some.

the Voice Server Backend is basically done, currently there's ongoing re-works of the desktop client (limited demo at https://revolt.chat/app IIRC), as well as closed betas for iOS and Android native apps.

There's also a slew of Third-Party Clients and an open Client-Server API.

Just remember that this project is built by people in their free time, not a VC-Backed company.

They've actually ran adverts at the border of sweden telling politicians and alike that were going there to vote on IIRC ChatControl to vote against it

Mullvad is probably the best example of using ads for something good
