The last time I tried to use the official stream for a hockey game, I couldn't get it to load. Not in the app, nor the browser, neither from my cable provider nor the network itself. I gave up and went back to the pirate stream, which played in one click. (It does freeze sometimes and the quality isn't quite as good, but at least it plays!)

Both. The enterprise edition has less crap, but most big companies will use custom images and group policy to decrapify it further. I do the same thing at home since I used to be the guy doing it at work. I don't get any of the copilot or recall bullshit.
That seems extremely unlikely. That is controlled by the BIOS itself. Windows Update does deliver BIOS updates, but only as provided by the OEM.
