My brother has managed to snap the connecter off multiple cables. No idea how he does it, but I'm inclined to place at least some blame on the cable

The difference with the Hasbro D&D license though is the cliche "you are the product" quote. Hasbro needs to sell D&D products to the people who they upset, but Reddit only needs to sell impressions to advertisers who didn't care about the API.

I don't understand how most of this works I suppose, but I remember reading one of the problems with DMs in Mastodon and Lemmy is that they aren't actually private due to the way federation works, so I wonder how encryption is going to work in Sup.
