Ketamine
I was in hospital and had some significant pain. Opiate based pain relief doesn't really effect me so they said we will try a ketamine. I said ok, I had never had it before....wow dissociative drugs, are not for me. I told the nurse to stop it and had a small argument about it with her as I felt myself become distant and spacey.
I decided that the pain was better then the loosing my mind feeling, stuck with paracetamol.
Honestly just eat vegetables and keep your ultraprocessed foods to a minimum.
Milk and eggs are pretty good, as they literally have all that a growing body needs. But since I assume you are not a baby posting on social media (never can tell in this "modern" world) you need more than just milk and eggs.
Eat fermented foods, kimchi, sauerkraut or kombucha etc...great for gut health
I do like some nutritional yeast though. It is really tasty.
Just over the ditch... I'll stay in NZ, too many things that try to kill you in Oz
This map is missing all of the rivers etc.. the freshies will get you there.
Agreed thieves are terrible.
Not many better options if you are getting robbed though.
Pretty much; then get the police to deal with it.
Agreed.
And the causes are probably broadly similar; lack of education about how to cook, lack of time to cook, lack of education on healthy food, too much food advertising, ultra-processed foods are too common, healthy foods are expensive....
No, but your weird obsession with ridiculously unhealthy food is somewhat interesting.
So the answer is to not visit the US then.
When playing games with the kids, we start at 0 being the position you are currently in, then count from there.
e.g. in snakes and ladders, if you are on spot 30 and roll a 5, tap spot 30 and say "zero", then spot 31 is "one" etc.. till you are at spot 35 saying "five".
Teaches the kids about zero and avoids miss counts from the younger ones counting their current position as "one"
KeePassXC + Keepass2Andriod, keep it all synced using Syncthing. Desktop/Laptop/Phone all have the passwords synchronized, it is super convenient.
I have been doing it this way for years, never had any issues; just starting to investigate using passkeys where I can. So that is a new adventure; I'll see how it goes with my current workflow.
