I recommend just removing almost all other extensions unless they have non-mainstream content that you watch.
Also, next to search, there's a filter icon. Make sure the extensions you need are enabled.

Why are there good mods for Discord (Aliucord, Vendetta...) and YouTube (Revanced), but no good mods for WhatsApp?
