Never stopped using cash. It works, is less trackable and most importantly is accepted for exchange of goods even outside of your typical store front. Say when buying hay or straw for horses and paying then and there.

Suppose you did that workout anyways, then... You did that workout and did something to stay fit. That said it may be a workout designed to help you with achieving a certain look. So unless you are keen on looking like that it may be better to not do that workout a ton. The reason why it's named like that may be exactly because it will help you to get that look or to motivate certain people to do that.
It's hard to say for the village I live in. There really are not many officials records but apparently one of the roof tiles had 16xx marked on it. Which makes this totally unassuming house somewhere around 400 years old.
