The American consumer is swimming in debt. What new cars they buy is not indictive of affordable. Look at the loan lengths from 10 years ago to today. 72 month loans are now normal, and 84/96 is becoming more normal than they should.

Well it's time for everyone to do their civic duty and drive by an abortion clinic once or twice a month and sit in the parking lot for 5 or 10mins to fuck up their data.
Modern warfare, when it becomes necessary, should be fought purely with weapons designed prior to the 16th century. Just replace horses with dirtbikes and ATVs.
You do not want this, the level of suffering that came with these battles was insanely worse than the fighting we have today with guns/explosives.
I saw this documentary where taco bell won them.
Lol no they have not
NASA has a ton of internal bureaucracy, hell they have an article on it.
You're joking right? No they have not.... I love NASA, but acting like what spacex has done is only because of NASA is bullshit.
Cool, then get NASA to actually do something vs hamstringing itself with bureaucrats...the only reason people like you rage against SpaceX is because it's tied to that idiot musk.
+1 for boost as well here. It's the closest I got to RIF, which was awesome... sucks that the dev went to tildes, with not even half the activity as lemmy.
Society does pay plumbers, the fuck are you talking about. Where do you think the money comes from? If someone needs to hire a plumber, then they pay the plumber directly instead of their taxes doing it. It sounds like you're salty that the government pays you vs making more being in the private sector.
What makes you think plumbers aren't helping society? Same goes for all trades...like damn.
It's just like their foxbat claims...turned out it was a flying brick.
Edit: apparently I pissed off some tankies lol
It's well known that the foxbat was heavily exaggerated in its capabilities. It's how we ended up with the f15 and it's insane capabilities. Just like now russia fighting in Ukraine, paper tiger.
