I wouldn't think updates would be rolled out for each CPU model, or am I wrong here?

That's fine. I rode a Vespa for two years with a manual transmission before I did my car license, so I had the basics of throttle, clutch and shifting figured out way before my first lesson. Although I consider myself a skilled driver, my first hour with a pretty easy to drive manual car included lots of stalling the engine. I learned how to get moving on an incline and also reverse parallel parking that same day, which was a little strange.
The magic word is: Unions. Without them, we would absolutely not have a minimum of 24 days per year by law. Get out there and unionize.
I think I read about minor improvements in Zen 3 as well.
Didn't sound like you were geniunely asking for advice on how to decipher. To me, the post title is more or less "Wtf is this shit?".

The way I understand it is that once they release an update for your board, it should cover all the processors compatible with it, not just the one you have specifically.
