@qooqie Do you not have questions about tools or topics you enjoy? I have questions all the time for the topics and products I use.
@gohixo9650 I turned off my ad blocker by accident the other day and freaked out as the internet was unbearable.
@nodimetotie Pretty much any topic that I enjoy, I try and add a new post when I subscribe to it and see if people are just waiting for new posts.
@GreyTechnician I don't think Lemmy is really interested in that sort of thing or at least not the Karma stuff as it really get's toxic quick between users. If you like the idea of Karma there's Kbin / Mbin instances that have reputation that is the same thing.
When it comes to bots though there's not much you can do other than tell the admin of the instance to block them out. If they are running on another instance such as I'm on the Kbin.run instance then the admin can straight block that whole instance if it's just full of bots. So really it can only be sorted with moderation.
@Tb0n3 It's to the point they will also say "They Might Spit In Your Food If You Don't TIP" like hey I didn't order this shit.
@spaduf That's really nice, I actually use Obsidian myself for note taking and I can say that I will never go back to normal note taking software. The internet and software needs to change to be for the user, for if the software doesn't exist in the future. We never know if a service will go but we shouldn't loose everything.
@gerryflap Yeah it seems a lot more people are willing to comment over post, it's nice to see people are a little active.
