You can create a shortcut (Windows), script or desktop file (Linux). This is probably the easiest method, and works outside on the internet browser.
But as you talked about bookmarks, I am assuming you want to edit directly in your browser. You can host an instance of OnlyOffice Community Edition, and use that as an editor, and save the direct link to service with the appropriate arguments in the URL to recall the file.
I'll never install a legit copy of Windows anymore. For personal use I am using trusted enough modified versions that limit bloat and connections to Microsoft services. And I probably use those once a month.

At least in Italy automatic transmission is absolutely failing to take off. To this day almost all new cars are manual, most brands don't even sell automatic variants or models by now. Sequencials are in an even worse spot. Smart features too are really struggling to take off. At most you find simpler GPS systems or hubs to connect your own smartphone to.
Maybe we are just too poor to let new shiny things take off. :P
