Third party apps don’t have the ability to back up in the background all the time the way the native Photos / iCloud experience does. They need to be periodically opened to have temporary background access.

Launching the third party camera app cannot be done from the lockscreen.

What you’re not understanding is the entire point of folks’ complaints. With arbitrary restrictions put in place by Apple, there cannot be full parity in functionality between Apple’s native apps / cloud experience and those that can delivered by third party apps. While it’s possible to use third party apps, there are a bunch of little quirks and inconveniences that will ultimately drive the user back towards the native apps and spending money on Apple’s cloud service.

except you can, by plugging it into a computer locally

That’s not even remotely close to being the same as the experience iCloud offers.

It never seems to be the people who have actually used the mouse complaining about the port location.

A brief 1-2 minute charge nets you hours of use, it’s really not a big deal.

Is there any way to find out whether it supports SSD storage?

Have a look at the notch in the slot. SSDs will have either M key, B+M key, or very rarely just B key.

WiFi modules are A, E, or A+E

Can’t actually buy MacOS, you have to buy their hardware. For the time being connecting with an Apple Account is still fully optional.

France too

Mainstream supermarkets have adult sized DBZ briefs, there are still little coin-op machines that dispense DBZ figurunies

As far as releasing these manuals and making parts available is concerned, we already have these laws going into effect in the US

  1. Character creation

  2. A hairstyle option that is actually a toupee. If your character is hit / impacted / falls / etc, the toupee can sometimes fall off l. The character suffers a debuff until they pick it back up or buy a new one. It is not apparent during character creation that what the player is selecting is a toupee, and the mechanic is not explained in any way.

I’m pretty sure those ads also have to meet certain criteria though.

Using ABP, I’ve never had a popup ad, full page ad, auto-playing video, or other intrusive form of advertisement. The “acceptable ads” have been quiet and out of the way in what would otherwise be empty space.

With the understanding that some websites and content creators are entirely reliant on ad revenue, I prefer to have those filtered down to those that don’t provide a burdensome experience.

I will say that having a new tab open with a solicitation for a donation / “premium” every single update (so almost daily) is irritating and they better knock that shit off if they don’t want to alienate users.
