This is from the perspective of the company so you'd be 40k in the hole. You'd want something like "Upon agreement to the terms the licensee will receive forty thousand US dollars ($40,000) within ninety (90) from the licensor. There will be a penalty of one thousand US dollars ($1,000) for every day after that period if not paid."
This won't work if you can ever take more than 1 damage. If you were at 1 and received 2 damage you would become invincible. You'd want to do less than or equal to.
I think I waited for about 2 and a half days for mine. Turns out the Walmart I was at didn't get as many as they said so they gave me an iou. Fortunately they did actually get them in a week later.
Not quite right, he said he wanted to buy it but really just wanted to pump the stock to sell it. Then they started forcing him to buy it so he said there were too many undisclosed bots as an excuse. When that didn't work he was forced to buy it anyway.
