Buy Japanese. Hondas and Toyotas last forever.

What do you like about it? The views. Beautiful sunrises over red-tinted mountains. Also, that I drive against traffic.

What do you hate about it? The length. Takes about a half-hour, I wish it were more like 15 minutes.

What kind of advice or insights would you like to share with the rest? Not sure if I have any insights. I'm lucky to have a great view.

I buy older cars in cash and drive them for years, so my current car, twice the battery died. Once was because I needed a new battery, and the second time was because my alternator was going out.

A portable car jumper. The one I got is called a Halo, and it's aptly named and works like a charm. No need to hope someone around me has jumper cables or will let me use their car to jump mine.

It's because most people who win don't have good habits with money, and they don't know how to keep their mouth shut. They tell people, and they spend it frivolously.

You find out fast if your friends or family love you or not.

This is one of the most cartoony things I've ever read.

I've been in tall buildings during an earthquake before, and yeah, it's scary.

But if you look into how buildings are fashioned to withstand earthquakes, the swaying is built-in. You want that sway, basically.

And you were in probably one of the safest cities to have an earthquake when in a building ever.

Still, scary!!

I've thought about camping with my great pyrenees mix before, but he'd immediately bark as loud as he could at those hogs, and would cause a stampede. I'll just not camp.
