My family is upper middle class, although my mom did struggle financially for a few years. I went to school in a poorer neighborhood, so I do have some friends with less money, I have some friends with parents who make about as much as mine, but I dont have any friends with really rich families, although I was sort of friends with one who went to vocational school with me.

It does help to understand just how much it sucks to have no money, so yes.

Yeah, I wouldn't classify myself as rich, just middle class and I do some of those things, my mom and her boyfriend could do all of those things and I would not classify them as rich either, just upper middle class.

The actually rich people buy stuff that is so expensive that I couldn't afford it, even if I saved for years, and the price is mostly that high so they can show their rich friends just how rich they are.

I live in Germany, the definition of middle class might be different in other countries, though.

The thought that I might eventuelly find someone who I can share my life with and I would share hers.

As a man its even worse, most of the time I dont even get a response when I write something to a match. Its also hilarious, I have never had a woman write me first either (except from a girl from east asia who was probably looking for a sugar daddy or something like that).

And no, I dont write anything insulting like you get, although its probably also not 100% normal, being that I am also ASD and ADHD.

On the official YouTube App or Website the thumbs up button goes from a white outline to solid white when you click it, thats why he thought you did.

I would send him the money if he cared for you as a child and not abused you, and you can afford to send it to him and he really needs it.

Yeah, thats how it is in Germany, although they may not have a house, they will most of the time get enough pensions to afford their daily lives.

I am an adult, but my mother would rather give me money than the other way around, but my parents are also upper middle class.

But if my parents ever needed money to survive I would support them, its just unlikely to happen.

That isnt without risks itself and it might not have been practically possible in some cases.

Would you desert if your family gets sent to a concentration camp when the army finds out?

Well, during the war ukraine has no choice but to kill the russian soldiers if they want to win.

But I think that ukraine treats POW fairly well and if the war ends they probably wouldnt force them to work in Gulag conditions.

Just because they were soldiers doesnt mean they were nazis. A lot of them were drafted and at the end of the war even teenagers were sent to the frontline because all the other young men were already fighting or dead.

If a soldier was part of the SS or SA, he was a nazi.

It is likely that we humans or our ancestors were responsible for the extinction of most of the megafauna around the world, so we would only be undoing our own damage I guess.

I do know how to read an analog clock, but I dont read it subconciously, because my brain works on digital time, so I will have to look at it and then figure out what that time is if it were on a digital clock.

So if I see an analog clock I would rather look at my phone because that is just quicker than doing the conversion.

If you want to know more, look at the video Technology Connections (2?) did about it.
