Nyaa.si is one I have good experiences with.

Also subsplease has their own site with torrents in multiple resolutions. Those are great if you're using devices that can't do 1080 anymore.

I was on 8.1 when 10 was released. They never brought the good features to 8.1 back then, so I never expected them to do it now.

I've had a similar experience with my bank. There is no legacy site to fall back to anymore, sadly. I am still figuring out how to do things on the new site. Years after it was launched.
