My exposure to English gives xylophone, xenon, xerox, xenograft. Sounds like Z at the start of a word.

I get you like it to be shit, which takes ages to decompose. I'd rather it pop like a zit and be gone, and with the current trajetory, that would not surprise.

Fair enough, but I'll go with mine anyway.

Xitter ! love it, now lexicon

Usage: Can’t wait to watch Xitter (pronounced Zit - ter) pop after Musk wrecks the train.

And yet when libgen was broken a couple of days ago it sent me to the broken libgen for the (admittedly obscure) thing I was after. Perhaps caching I dunno. Still, glad it's there...

No longer taking new papers for a couple of years? now. Crying shame and a pox on scientific advancement.

It has to be executed to have any danger, so you'd need a zero day exploit for your media player, even then it should be contained at user level rather than system. I've not really heard of it happening, but it's theoretically possible I guess, would take a really bad coding mistake. Keep your players updated and you should be fine.

Depressingly likely...

Consider containers. Gluetun makes it easy to establish a wireguard connection to Nord, then use qbittorrent docker on the network that glutun provides, same for all your *arrs. Safer, faster, self-contained. Connect your web-browser to gluetun's proxy. Just sayin'

You're using gmail, you're already screwed, might as well get laid too. But seriously, look into alias providers like simplelogin and anonaddy, it works for this use case and can smooth the transition away from gmail in the future. At the end of the day you need to make contact with potentials so it can't be truly private, plus they'll be mining your data, combining it with facebook shadow profiles etc, it's technically quite plausible to identify you from that alone. VoIP, aliases and so forth are band-aids. At the end of the day you need to make a choice, is the potential of finding someone worth more than some of your privacy ? Or...

Consider local hobby groups, hiking, meet-ups and so forth. The so called 'Third Place' (other than work and home) is on it's last legs, but it's not dead and will hopefully see a resurgence, find and partake in one. Put yourself out there.
