Cloud infrastructure is great for this. You don't need your own data center when you can just rent space on a farm. As a bonus, it's less work for the IT team who no longer have to deal with server hardware upkeep.

Why the fuck would any office worker whose job is 100% on a computer need to be in an office? I don't understand why companies want to pay for all of that electricity and real estate just to make people sit in cubicles.
I've never experienced this or heard of this. Has it been like this your whole life or recently started? Either way you'll want to see a doctor, especially if it only recently began.
Spot on for me in the Midwest. My range and AC are electric, heating is a boiler. So it's super cheap in Winter and rough in Summer.

I pay thousands per year in school taxes and the vast majority goes to school administrators making 6 figures. We can't just toss more money at schools to fix this - we need legislation stating how the money is used. The money needs to go to the kids and teachers instead of clueless rich people.
I can't imagine a scenario where a person who needs to work on a computer will not benefit by typing quickly and accurately.
I'm pretty sure most jobs involve typing on a computer in some capacity
