Phone screens are very small and hard to see while driving.

But no, it isn't. And I have disabled any connectivity in the last 4 cars I have owned.

This is very confusing

  1. I thought this discussion was about privacy?

  2. Autopilot has never been "involved" in a crash anymore than your parking sensors have. It is a driver assistance system. It manages your cruise control and keeps you between the lines on the highway. The "driver" (you know, the person operating the vehicle) is the one responsible for avoiding crashes.

Well yeah, basically that you have no privacy.

Mozilla should do an article about Mozilla's privacy policy...

I don't think they're intentionally collecting sexual activity. Moreso that they might incidentally, via your phone app.

They made their bed, and now they have to lie in it.

Only the bed they made is fairly cushy.

While the quality of content may have decreased, that's not how they make money. Like many modern tech companies, they make money from collecting data and serving ads, which they're presumably doing in droves since forcing their users into their first-party app.

Yeah I think that much is really apparent. I use AtlasOS when I absolutely need to use Windows.

Linux needs to do something that no one else is doing well.

It can't even do the things that others already do well, much less beyond that.

MS should just quit the facade and make it free.

I mean it more or less already is. I'm running an unregistered W10 Pro and the "activate license" thing only comes up occasionally.

Not sure what you're making a stab at.

The fact that you're calling Android "ad-ridden" (which it's not) in a conversation about how you can't remove ads on Apple devices.

ad-ridden smart TV

Oh the irony...

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Well this is a passive function.
