Wasn't it like 2g cellular?

You mean like a 20 year old one? Would it even work?
I've come to the realization that the phone I want is a Nokia 3310 "brick".
- Infinite battery life
- compact size
- headphone jack
- indestructible
- no spyware
- no social media
- T9 texting
- no software updates
- Snake
- Brick Breaker
I love people putting out the "everyone is wrong because I didn't have a problem" response like there weren't tens of millions of devices sold.
Yeah, I mean there are totally legitimate reasons to not like them and not buy one but they're very hard to beat on fun, reliability, practicality and cost-effectiveness.
I have a Tesla. It's great. I've received dozens of new features OTA. There are no subscriptions (except a very reasonable $10 for additional cellular connectivity, that I do not pay for). It's the best car I've ever owned.
Also Fuck Elon 👍
Perfect timing. Netflix DVD just shut down yesterday.
Not necessarily. I can control my devices and prevent them from spying on me.
I can install Linux on my PC and Graphene on my phone and refuse to use Google, Apple, and Meta products and services. I can choose to use local home automation products and cameras.
What I can't do is stop other people from recording me throughout my daily life and reporting my activities back to said corporations.
What backlash has ever prevented Meta from doing absolutely whatever the fuck they want?
Meta did it last time also.
Those cameras only record locally.
These glasses presumably upload every frame to corporate data centers to be cataloged and used to profile the people in the images.
Forget all that. Just use LibreTube (with Piped API disabled) and FreeTube
