If earth encountered a snobby alien race that looked down on us for being barbarians, and appreciated only fine art, would the entire planet immediately start pretending they are sophisticated? in c/[email protected]

The aliens would judge us for torturing and murdering the animals for selfish reasons.

So yeah most people would pretend to be vegan so that the aliens may talk to them.
