Unlike a lot of "you" problems, it's not that easy to change. I doubt migrating over a phone is a good idea.

And that's with a fairly active mod team too. Imagine the spam if there were no controls.

Yes, but it still shouldn't be forced down users' throats.

There's a lot I like about MS products (unlike the majority here), but I still dislike the way they integrate their services into their products. I'll use what I want, thanks.

Xiaomi currently still is quite friendly towards unlocking bootloaders, so take advantage of it. Try something like Lineage or Pixel Experience.

Wife's Nothing(1) seems just fine. My only issue with the design is how it acts like an echo chamber for the haptic motor. It actually is quite noisy at the higher settings.

Motorola Milestone, sometime in early 2010. So-so battery life and would get hot real easy too. Loved how flexible Android was though.

I've been pretty happy with my Samsung, this place is just full of unhappy nerds, I swear.

Not familiar with the tech, but wouldn't server-side LLMs still have an advantage regardless because of the greater power available on tap? Anything that improves local LLM will also benefit server-side LLMs, wouldn't it?

Maybe bad perception? Mediatek for a long time produced a bunch of cheap chips. Kinda like if UniSoc produced a Snapdragon 8 G2 killer, I think plenty will be sceptical, me included.
