This reminds me of a question I heard long ago: if you take a copyrighted material A and XOR it with another material B, and then you distribute the result C, who can claim infringement if at all? The company which owns A or the one which owns B?

Especially that in order to actually claim infringement it means company A obtained a copy of the material of B in order to verify C infringes their rights.

After having tested my beliefs for years I can say that they influence most if not every aspect of my life

At the company I work at we needed to use USB 3.0 devices for which you need the extension pack (Windows hosts, Ubuntu VM).

For commercial use you need a licence to use the extension pack, so I don't know how Oracle knew of the abuse of some employees but our company received a communication reminding about the licence rule.

Liberalism does not seem to seek any kind of cohesion, rather it focuses on maximising each individual's desires regardless of the resulting sum of these individual fulfillments.
