So, the race is basically already decided but there is a conspiracy among the media and polling companies to make it look like the race is actually close and that there are undecides. Of course, the only way to prove this wrong would be with polls, but we've conveniently already just rejected that evidence. Very convenient.

The world is not black and white. There are not just trump supporters and Biden supporters. I know it's hard to grasp but there are tons of people in the the toss up category.

You're right that this probably won't penetrate the deeply perverted world of trump cultists, but the wh doesn't expect to win the brainwashed over. They are going for those people who could go one way or another.

Our healthcare isn't horrible, it's actually quite good, if you can afford it. The problem with our system is that it fucks poor people, not that the health care itself is bad.

The point would have been better served without the the unnecessary and inaccurate slamming of America.

I play in a pickup soccer game once a week. Most guys are over 40. Whenever we finish a night without sole getting hurt we hail it as a full success. Lol

I can be pretty pedantic, but that seemed clear to me. Thinking about it, I regularly here "Disney has x subscribers" and much less frequently they "x people subscribe to Disney." So following that convention, saying that Disney has dropped subscribers makes perfect sense.

I'm not rejecting the claim that generations are unique and people are influenced by what they have grown up around.

However, we're not talking about what kind of music they like or their attitude towards tattoos, but basic safety. A parent of a millennial might have a good reason to not understand the risks of private information on the Internet, as it was completely new when their kids were growing up. But now we know better.

The poster might as well have said "I saw my kid cross the street without looking and almost get hit by a car. Gen z kids make no sense to me!" No, that's your responsibility as a parent to teach them this.

Sure maybe not 100%, but in this case case we're taking at least 95%.

You did the right thing by guiding them when you caught them doing something dangerous,.

But that's your kid. You raised them. They didn't know this because you hadn't taught them yet. Don't blame the year they were born.

Sure, but chances are, relative to much of the world, you are actually pretty wealthy and most people would scoff at you spending even 1/10th of that on a single event. Remember, there is much of the world where the median yearly income is under 1k a year.

I guarantee that there is entertainment that you spend money on that other people find foolish.

If only you were commenting on an article that discusses what happened to Instagram.

I'm this way now, but when I was a kid my sister and I would chow the stems down. My mom would just cut them and throw them on a bowl on the table and we would go to town on them.

I have an account that I gamble with, it represents anywhere from 1 to 5% of my total portfolio, depending on how good or bad my bets are. Lol

But any time I've taken a yolo bet like those, it's failed miserably. However I've never made big bets on things like that, it was always just for fun. But I also recognize how dumb it is which is why the vast majority of my investments are in index funds.
