I wonder how those laws handle disabled people who can't shovel snow and don't have someone to do it for them. Expect them to hire somebody to do it? The disabled are generally not well off financially, so that's not really a solution.

Where do you live that that's the case? In the US, that information is required on food labels.
The house itself is correctly located on the map. The driveway is not.
Similarly, Google maps thinks that my driveway on a dead-end street is actually on the street behind my house. Fortunately, it only messes up its directions when you're leaving the house.
