Cool. Thanks. I cleaned up anything from the past 2 days, to be safe, and blocked that community.

To be clear, if no one on a given instance sub to that particular /c, the content won't federate to said instance, correct?

At a minimum, you'd want to allocate 8GB RAM to the pfSense/OPNsense guest, so 16GB may not be enough if you plan on running other VMs or CTs under Proxmox.

Awesome! Infinity was my absolute favourite when I was on Reddit, so really happy to see it reincarnated here on Lemmy.

Lol. They fucked up by releasing a shitty AI on the internet, then act "disappointed" when someone tested the limits of the tech to see if they could get it to do something unintended, and you somehow think it's still ok to blame the person who tried it?

First day on the internet?

A spokesperson for the supermarket said they were disappointed to see “a small minority have tried to use the tool inappropriately and not for its intended purpose”

Oh fuck. Right. Off. Don't blame someone for trivially showing up how fucking stupid your marketing team's idea was, or how shitty your web team's implementation of a sub-standard AI was. Take some goddam accountability for unleashing this piece of shit onto your customers like this.

Fucking idiots. Deserve to be mocked all over the socials.

Mate, I flash my Shellys with esphome and just use them locally in Home Assistant. Or, you could flash them with Tasmota and use the built-in webserver on each device to configure automations.

Cloud-dependent =/= open

Jist moved from Photoprism to Immich. Glad i did. Mich better feature set, active development, and multi-user capability isn't locked behind a paid subscription.
