It's not that people just don't have the ability to use paper maps, that can be solved relatively quickly, it's that nowadays we're used to departing for somewhere without looking up the route, it's faster than it used to be; if we have to go back, that's something we'll lose.

I replaced the firmware on my iPod so I could just load songs on mass storage like a regular mp3 player

I have a 5-years-old wAP, and it... Works. Not super fast TBH, and I had to tweak it a bit to get it there, 'cause the default settings were slow. At this point I don't remember what I did tho.

I went with Mikrotik and it's great, but honestly I cannot endorse them as consumer routers, they are very hard to set up

An anonymous gang calling itself SN_Blackmeta, which seems to be against US and Israeli interests and writes in English, Russian, and Arabic, has claimed responsibility for the DDoS attacks for reasons unknown.
