Self checkout should have those mobile scanners that you can use to check items out while you're still shopping. We have them here and it is a godsend for larger purchases. You scan the items, put them in your bags and at the self checkout, you can just register your card and pay.

Where? I'd like to use it as if I cannot answer a call, I'd like it to offer a better replying option than the hardcoded ones now.
All of the local stores here have a mobile scanner which you take when you enter the shop. Then you walk around, take the item you want, scan it and bag it. At the self checkout you put away the scanner, register your card, pay and walk away. This is way faster than regular checkout if you have more than 3 items.

Mercedes has been screwing the customer for quite some time already. Their old cars are cute tho and easy to get fixed.
And there is a large selection of different manufacturers that can make these parts once the OEM stops. Try to find a company that is making and stocking a 5 year old phone display, camera module, etc
A lot of it is still on the phone manufacturers. If Fairphone can provide software support for their 2015 model 8 years later, then I have a hard time believing that a company with a 32 billion USD net income cannot provide more than 3 years of software updates. Looking at you, Samsung!

It has nothing to do with GDPR, I promise. I came up with it on my own because I care about the data of our....I mean the data privacy of our customers.
