We got to do something simular in uni. We modeled the CPU in VHDL and had to set up our own language, then we were to program a game for it. One of the most fun and interesting courses we got to do!

Lance's interviews are just the cherry on top!

That reminds me of the mockumentary Tour de Pharmacy. It's star-studded, and it's only 40 mins long. But it is great! (Lance is in it)

I don't know much about the technology, so I can't comment on that. But I don't really see politicians pushing for this, at least not succesfully. There are too many rightwing obstructionists in most Western governments right now...

It's way less than that. 2.39x10^20 is around 4% of 5.8x10^21. Not even close to "almost as much". Looks like the authors don't know their powers of 10. So if we dedicate 5% of the total energy for one year it could theoretically be done.

Yep, it's close to 4% of the total. Not really "almost as much".

Sure, but it also only counts book time. If you listen 2x it's only 7.5 hours.

Nah, what's worse is that it's only 15(!) hours per month!

Regular ReVance works just fine. Installed it to my wife's phone just earlier today.

Not that I know of... Most of the time I forget to change, but since the second post I see is an ad 90% of the time I usually realize my mistake very quickly.

Have you tried just looking at "Following"? That shows everything in chronological order, without ads. Lets me quickly see what's new, and then close the app. I don't discover many new recipes anymore, but that's a price I'm willing to pay.
