I’m so fine with them killing off as many franchises as possible. Might force them to make an original movie again.

This isn’t tech news, it’s a social media ad.

Taking bets on how long before Musk sues them.

With the subtlety and nuance I’ve come to expect from someone clutching their pearls and yelling: “Won’t somebody think or the children!”

You live in a fantasy world if you think you have control over how other people live and reproduce.

You also have no say on controlling how people access information on the internet.

You only have control over yourself and your own children and fuck I hope you don’t reproduce, cause your ignorant ass would have child services called so quickly, cause you clearly wouldn’t be a good parent just like you described.

That’s why child protective agencies exist. To take away children from unfit homes.

You didn’t answer my question and reflected it back on me. Do you have children?

Cause clearly you don’t understand what’s a parent’s responsibility is.

No single entity needs control over who does or doesn’t have access to the internet and you don’t need to control the parenting of others.

That’s call being a dictator.

Yes it’s called installing blockers on your children’s devices or controlling their access to the internet till an age that you personally are ok with your child accessing the internet. Teaching them critical thinking and internet literacy would go a long way as well.

How about instead of getting triggered that your corporate daddy isn’t nannying humanity, go out and put some effort into parenting your own children and teaching them better?

Do you even have kids or are you just getting offended?

You need to understand privacy laws and understand it’s the fucking parents responsibility to protect their kids from things they don’t want them to see.

You are getting into the territory of thought policing and need to learn to think before using “your better judgment” to control other people.

Bet you’re fine with using government IDs for porn sites as well. 🤦‍♂️

The internet was better when everyone was just a random username and people didn’t use their real names for everything.

Still might want to monitor how many packets the tv sends back to Google and block them.

In their eyes they just made 30 million more customers.

Fucking parasites.

From a 5 day old account. Smh

I’m working on a indie video game that’s set on a large ship and I’m looking to have it be a very hidden and elusive boat. (Speaking vaguely to avoid spoilers)

Where could it possibly be sailing through to avoid detection? Like no radars, land signals, etc..

There are slight sci fi elements that could explain it avoiding detection but want to make the location as believable as possible.

I’m not very familiar with oceans and the technology behind detecting vessels. Would love to be pointed in the right direction if anyone is knowledgeable.

Edit: Oh damn, this got a much bigger response than I expected. Thanks so much for all the awesome suggestions!

Edit2: Wow you guys have fantastic ideas! Just to clarify this is a real game project and not a joke or a cover for gold smugglers 😂

I am leaving hits and teases in my replies. Partially to have fun and build the world a little but also maybe get a bit of a community game going with a bread trail to follow. 😉🤫

Anyone remember these?

I had a fun time bugging my sister named Charlie when these first came out. Can still do a pretty decent impression of them saying Charlie.

Maybe I should give her a call… 🤣
