Either the profile is public, which means you can still open it on another account, or it's private, which means no one can see it anyways if they're not an accepted follower.

You're not looking "beyond" Firefox, you're just staying on Chromium. As unfortunate as it is, your only options these days are Chromium, Firefox and Safari (MacOS exclusive). All Chromium browsers will stop supporting Manifest V3.

Have you seen Project 2025, Trump's unofficial but kind of official election plan? Republicans have all three branches of government now. They would have to willingly choose to not follow their own proposed plan, and there's no reason to do that. So, logically, they will execute it - and that's it. The end of US democracy.
