Should the notification tell you when an app uses your mic when not inside the app?

Oh wait, it can't if one bypasses the API.

Almost every phone have region blocking

Why?

  1. Celltower channels used on 3G, 4G and 5G communications vary slightly country to country. That's why some imported cellphones signals don't work out of the box (until they are configured, if they can be. If not, basically no cell tower communication. You can still use wifi tho)

  2. Vendor promotions and warranties. As you pointed out, SIM/eSIM are locked to a certain vendor CARRIER. Thankfully, Any phone can be unlocked out of this with the right tools.

  3. Application/feature restrictions (eg TikTok and what not)

Thank you for reading this far.

Your welcome

I would stick with newer 5T.

Why?

You where fine with it, the phone clicked with you; you know your way around it. so why not.

Thanks for the feedback

need access to hardware other than the usual camera/Bluetooth/internet

The app under design needs access to real-time GPS/Location services... can the platform handle this, or should i swallow the native pill

Before judging ( which i knw you will 🤣), I'm new to mobile dev. Sooo "handle with care"?

I don't want alarm. It's to annoying.

Been though this a while back; Here was my problem:

I wanted to have a constant reminder after every 2.5 hours, each and every day.

Used few apps, found one that worked, at least for a few days... started spiraling down...

Started missing the reminders (i guess it was blocked by "do not disturb" that i soldem forget to disable). I even whitelisted the app to bypass any android blockages ( could be that i missed a few, idk). The app just couldn't work,

Ended up using the inbuilt alarm on my phone, added 2.5 hrs from the hour that i wake up, every day (0500hrs) and set them all as alarm ( yeah, each and every one after incrementing 2.5h) upto the time i probably get to bed (2230hrs) With a same custom subtle low-key ringtone on all of them.

Worked ever since 😊
