As someone pointed out, gamecopyworld used to have mini iso files for that purpose. They had a guide on how to make your own mini iso as well.

Gog games has now become a invite only site in c/[email protected]

How do I get rid of the bottom title with the dots? in c/[email protected]

Id say those are subtitles. Either in the same folder (srt file) or they are included in the mkv. You can use a tool like mkvtool to remove them from the file or just turn them off in whatever player you are using.
