I've done both.

Imo it ends up being cyclical. It starts on the top left, but ends in bottom right.

Can someone please tell me why so many reports are still done manually? Even developing a report in excel would take only a day if you know what you're doing, and much less if you're using software made for reporting.

There's your problem. The average Lemmy use is far more capable with computers than the average meatbag-in-a-suit and, most importantly, knows how to find info on the Internet when he doesn't know.
