The tldr of link to AI is that AI was useful in modeling proteins, and LLM predictivity has been used to predict DNA sequences. Fine, "closer" is clickbaity, but article gives overview of potential, and approaches focused on getting there.
I got there by other means, but thank you.
Usual media overhype, disregard and wait 20y to make a conclusion unless you're knowledgeable enough to know both scientific and technological limitations.

I see clickbaity titles like this all day, every day. Same for batteries, 99.9% of the articles are just pure fluff that shouldn't have been written in the first place
