I make them in a factory. I buy the raw bits at a bulk discount, and then workers assemble them into numbers by hand. Then we export them to people who need manufactured data, like elementary schools and consulting companies in North America.

It's not super exciting, but it's a living.

Ummm.... Nope. You'll pry my terminal from my cold, dead hands. There's no faster way to get many system tasks done than the command line.

I use GUIs all day, but there's almost always at least one terminal open on screen because that's where the real work gets done.
