This is why Mozilla has been making moves recently, imo.
Isn't Google responsible for the majority of Mozilla's revenue?
They are, just over $500M I believe?

According to the Mozilla Foundation’s 2021-2022 financial statement, which is the most recent published, $510 million out of its $593 million in revenue came courtesy of Google’s search payments.
Public shaming in tech circles is probably the extent of it. Maybe some insignificant fines.
The control system is designed to serve capital, not punish it.
