Sounds like someone's industry skills, job design, and candidate market exploring AI just left beta.

I've seen AIs set up to rapidly scan and report on job market networks internationally and they were not hard. They will require a lot of work updating and teaching as recruitment markets shift to events, shortages, etc though. Recruitment methodologies ain't easy to stay on top of.
