ROBOTS RULE THE EARTH. ONLY ONE MAN CAN STOP THEM.
After a devastating nuclear war, the human race is virtually extinct. Rusted-out robots and human skeletons mar the landscape of the planet, which is mostly populated now by cyborgs: super-intelligent, almost human war machines. Omega, also a cyborg, arrives in a devastated New York to find two groups: the Roms and the Droids, both seeking weapons to destroy each other and the few remaining humans.
