It's basically Ubuntu (or Kubuntu) with KDE, a Windows 11 skin and a bunch of other packages preinstalled (plus some other rather useless modifications).

If you want to use this, maybe just use actual Windows instead.

Or just configure it yourself. I remember making Linux look like macOS when I first used it, and then switched it to look like Windows (back then it was Windows 7).

Or you can go completely cursed and use Wubi, which was (is?) Ubuntu in Windows.

Not as illegal as pirating windows with MAS, anyway there is no point into pirating Windows anymore only if you want to change your wallpaper and taskbar colors.

Yup. I keep a Windows install around, and I don't bother getting a license because I use it like once a year. It's really not an issue.
